ASSET MANAGEMENT COMPANY - MTIR ESSET MANAGEMENT COMPANY

The limited liability company was established in Dnipropetrovsk and was registered by the Executive Committee of the City Council on July 27, 2005.

In the same year, by 1212 resolution  of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine dated December  07, 2005, the Company obtained the license to perform professional activity on the Stock market - asset management activity of institution investors (asset management), and became the professional participator of the Stock market of Ukraine .

In 2010, by 1425 resolution of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine  dated November 19, 2010 , the term of the license was extended till September 12, 2015.
The company has been the member of Ukrainian Association of Investment Business since November 18, 2005.

By 892 resolution  of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine dated August 10, 2006,  asset management company «MTIR Asset Management" was included into the state register of financial institutions that provide financial services in securities market.

The company carries out activity in asset management of institution investors (asset management), that is an exclusive type of professional activity on the stock market. The company deals with asset management of unit investment and corporate funds with the aim to earn profit.
The authorized capital of the AMC «MTIR Asset Management" at present is 33 100 000 hrn.

Nowadays the company manages six unit investment funds and one corporate fund. All funds are closed end non-diversified venture funds with the total volume of declared emission 2 831 000 000 hrn.

Unit investment funds:

1. Share closed non-diversified venture investment fund «MELON».
2. Share closed non-diversified venture investment fund «Siport».
3. Share closed non-diversified venture investment fund «Grand Premier».
4. Share venture non-diversified closed investment fund «Ukrainian financial group».
5. Share venture non-diversified closed investment fund «Ukrainian investment group»
6. Share venture non-diversified closed investment fund «SPORT-CAPITAL».

Corporate fund:

1. PUBLIC STOCK COMPANY „СLOSED NON-DIVERSIFIED VENTURE CORPORATE INVESTMENT FUND „FIRST FINANCIAL GROUP”.

In order to achieve the key goals of CII activity, which are to get profit from the activity of the mutual investment, provision of profitability of investments and growth of invested money of the Fund participants. The company has the possibility to invest assets in the following areas:

• - government bonds of Ukraine;
• - local bonds issue;
• - treasury bills;
• - saving certificates and deposits;
• - real estate;
• - securities of foreign countries including stocks, corporate rights and bonds of   foreign commercial organizations, obligations and other bonds of foreign countries;
• - securities of the enterprises,  including stocks, corporate rights and bonds, emitters of which are the residents of Ukraines;
• - bonds: bills, mortgages, loan agreements;
• - derivative securities;
• - other assets that are not banned by the effective legislation;
• - cash assets in national currency of Ukraine and in foreign currency.
